Once a valid counter-notice is received, we will restore the removed content within a reasonable period, unless the copyright owner provides us with a court order that prevents the restoration of the material.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our policies, DigitalPriyansh will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. If we receive multiple notices of copyright infringement related to a user, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access to the Site.
